Which package includes duct cleaning?
Standard and Premium include duct cleaning with a Negative Air System and Triple HEPA filtration, duct sanitization, camera inspection, AC unit inspection and a before-and-after air particle report. Basic covers filters and grilles only; it does not include ducts.
What does Premium add?
Premium adds cooling coils, blowers, drain trays and indoor component sanitization, plus accessible outdoor condenser coils for villas. It includes thermostat, electrical and airflow checks, photos, and a report with temperature, air velocity and air particle readings. Our 16-step process applies to Premium.
Can I combine AC cleaning with other services?
Yes. Tell us which services you need, such as sofa or carpet cleaning, a home deep clean or pest control, and we'll confirm the scope and price of each before booking.
How many AC units do I have?
Count your thermostats for an initial unit estimate. Send the count and your property details on WhatsApp so we can confirm the system and the right scope before booking.
