What AC problems can you help with?
Common requests include an AC that isn’t cooling, weak airflow, water leaks, unusual noise, a musty smell, and units that trip or don’t respond to the thermostat. Describe what’s happening on WhatsApp. A photo or short video helps us prepare the right visit.
Is AC repair included in your AC cleaning packages?
No. Repairs are quoted separately. Our AC cleaning packages (Basic, Standard and Premium) remove dust build-up from the unit and ducts, and Premium includes thermostat, electrical and airflow checks. If we find an issue during any visit, we explain it and confirm the price with you before doing any repair.
How is the price of a repair confirmed?
We don’t publish prices on the website. Tell us about the problem on WhatsApp and we explain how the visit is priced before we book. During the visit, the technician diagnoses the fault, explains it and confirms the price of the repair and any parts before starting. Nothing goes ahead without your agreement.
Which AC systems do you work on?
Tell us your AC type on WhatsApp and we confirm whether we can help before you book a visit. If your building uses a centrally managed cooling system, let us know: some of its parts may be managed by the building rather than by you.
How often should my AC be serviced in Dubai?
It depends on how much the AC runs, the type of system and how dusty the area around your home is. Many Dubai homes run their AC most of the year. Tell us about your setup on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest a schedule that fits.
