BestNear, by Riva Group, runs this website and provides the BestNear services from Office 2106, The Citadel Tower, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "BestNear", "we" and "us" mean BestNear.

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this website, contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, or use our services in Dubai.
3. The information we collect
Information you give us
Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address; your address or area, property type and details such as the number of bedrooms or AC units; the service you need, your messages and any photos or videos you send us; access instructions, preferred visit times and billing details.
Information we create when we work for you
Before and after photos of the areas we work on, visit notes and your Service Report, including readings taken during the visit; booking, invoice and payment records.
When you use this website
This website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set cookies. Like any website, its host may record technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. When you open WhatsApp from this website, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of it.
4. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and send you a price; to schedule, carry out and document your service; to issue invoices and take payment; to contact you about your booking; to send you offers, only if you have agreed (you can stop them at any time); and to meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.
5. Photos of your property
We photograph the areas we work on to document the job and prepare your Service Report, and we keep these photos with your booking records. We will not publish photos of your property, or anything that identifies you or your address, without your permission.
7. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of these providers, such as WhatsApp, may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy and to meet our legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it.
9. How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it where we are not required to keep it, restrict or object to certain uses, and stop marketing messages at any time. To make a request, write to info@bestnear.pro. We may need to confirm your identity first.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
